To Make a Memorial or Honor Gift you have a number of separate options...

1.  Call us at 1-800-689-3292 or 325-622-4201 and ask for Nettie Jean, Valerie, or Delton.  We can tell you what information we need to process your gift.  Or you can give us your mailing address and either of us will immediately send you the reply envelope most givers use to send honor or memorial gifts.

2.  Go to "contact us" page, give us your mailing address and ask for us to send you a memorial/honor reply envelope.  We check this each day.

3.  Click on the link above to get a 'Word' memorial / honor gift form.

4.  You can give online in either of two ways! 

Whichever you choose, remember that neither gives you the opportunity to tell us all the information we need.  Please use the form above or note the information it indicates that we need to properly process your memorial or honor gift.
